Ceci is going to be starring as Ariel in the theatre version of Footloose. The production will be held on 3/2/2017-3/5/2017 in Santa Ana California at the Orange County School of Arts “The Web Theatre”. Below is a link where you can get tickets! I’m so proud of you Ceci! Corey and Ceci have released statements as well in regards to Girl Meets World being cancelled. Very heart warming messages. I’m so thankful for being able to meet them.

“To all of our fans, friends, cast, and crew that have created and gone on this journey with us, we are forever grateful,” Corey wrote to us.
He adds for the fans: “I can’t thank you guys enough for the love & support you have given us as you watched us grow up on screen. These past years have given me experiences that I will never lose and a platform to grow not only as an artist but also as a human being. I can’t wait for the next chapter.”
Ceci’s Statement:
For those of you who haven’t heard, Girl Meets World has been cancelled. Being a part of this show has been a fantastic and unique experience. I love every single member of the cast and crew with all my heart. I sincerely hope that this show has touched all of you, and that you are inspired to do good. HighschoolLatimes.com did an interview with Ceci where she talks about Girl Meets World, what she loves to do, etc. We copied the part where she talks about Girl Meets World and have quoted it below:
Originally, Smackle was only supposed to appear in one episode, but the writers decided to continue her character arc and wrote her into the next episode. Ceci missed two consecutive weeks of school. When she returned, she noticed that people’s perceptive of her definitely changed in both positive and negative ways.
“I’m a very people person. I love meeting new people and I made a lot of friends when I came to OCSA but I feel like I made a lot more new friends after,” she observed. “It’s a great conversation starter. I got the chance to talk to people more… [however] I’m very cautious of people who try to use me. There are people who just want to be friends with you because you’re on TV—I’ve met those people. So when people come up to me for that, I’m wary, but I don’t think I’ve come across that too much.”
Smackle will return to Girl Meets World in a two-part arc that will air before the Season two finale around the New Year.
“The cast and crew is amazing. They’re all sweet, great people,” she said, and added that she was happy to hang out with a cast around her age. “We’re really good friends. They were really welcoming as soon as I got there.”
