BMW Sequel: What have you been up to since Boy Meets World?

Maitland Ward: I’m actually packaging a script I wrote. It’s a whole new world for me, being involved with the production element of something, but I’m having a great time doing it. I love being in control of my own material. Will keep everyone posted.
BMW Sequel: You have such a natural beauty. What are your skin-care must haves?
Maitland Ward: When I was filming in Canada I found the best face wash- Spectro Jel. I have sensitive skin that can break out from all the make-up while filming, and this was perfect! And I love Fresh products. Their tinted lip balm is all I wear and their moisturizer is great. I go to Kate Sommerville for facials.

BMW Sequel: What is your favorite memory from your time on Boy Meets World?
Maitland Ward: The cast and crew. Seriously, the best group of people to work with. We had a lot of fun and it always felt like a family.
BMW Sequel: Why do you think Boy Meets World has kept its fan base?
Maitland Ward: The characters. They feel like friends. You can relate to them. The show has so much heart and the audience responds to that. It is a testament to the quality and depth of the show that so many fans are excited to see the new spin-off. I’m so proud that I was a part of the show. A once in a lifetime experience.

Maitland Ward: Yes! These kids are so adorable and really, really talented. They are going to be huge stars!
BMW Sequel: We saw that you visited the set of Girl Meets World on the day that the pilot was filmed. How was it like reuniting with your former ‘Boy meets World’ co-stars?
Maitland Ward: It was like no time had passed at all! A lot of the same crew was there, too. It was such a loving, happy reunion.
BMW Sequel: Have you stayed in touch with any of your former ‘Boy Meets World’ Co-stars?
Maitland Ward: We have, but we don’t get to see each other very often. And never all at once. So, seeing everyone on the set was so great! We’re all heading to Austin in June for the ATX film festival. Should be so much fun!
