Hello everyone,
For as long as I can remember even going back to when I was a kid (and I’m 32 years old) the little school district in my town which is the smallest in Pennsylvania has done an event called “Halloween Mania.” The school is pre-K through 12th grade with a total of 200 students. The 7th-12th grade classes set up booths with games for the children to play when their parents bring them to the event. They do a little costume contest and everything. This year I decided to set up a little booth/table in support of Auggie and Food Allergy Awareness. I thought it would be a great idea to have the kids paint pumpkins teal to help bring awareness to food allergy’s! It was a wonderful turn out and the little kids were really excited to paint a pumpkin teal! I wanted to share the pictures I took of all the kids painting their pumpkins. I asked each parent who brought their child to the booth if it was okay and they said it was fine. I’ve also included pictures of what my booth looked like. The paint color was the closest I could get to Teal since I live in literally the middle of no where. It was cool to have a booth at Halloween Mania considering I used to go to this event when I was a child. 🙂
